Here is my selection of collector quality 1995 two-dollar bills preserved in plastic for sale. The ’95 series was not printed well as can be seen by how the portrait deteriorates with folding. The ink actually flakes off. Most of these notes I’ve set aside in my collection all have nice portraits and good signatures.
The sale will be by bid offer since the value will fluctuate over time upward one would hope. The cost of acquiring one of these bills shall be the collector’s bid amount + $2 face value each + $15 secure postage and handling for up to ten bills. Buying more than one bill at a time works to your best interests. Should you come to South Texas, call me so that we might meet and you can save the cost of postage and handling.
Please feel free to contact me about the sale of my two-dollar bill collection.

- Serial Number F99051256B
Blotchy serial number, just not printed well. Also the left margin is badly cut at an angle so that the lower slightly cuts into the printed edge leaving zero margin. Right side margin is quite wide. Wrinkled a lot with an ink pen written number six just to the right of the portrait.
- Serial Number F99381862E
Clean with a fold crease. The interesting thing about this note is the top and bottom look to have been perforated instead of cut. I heard about a guy doing this to uncut sheets of twos so he could make a big deal of it when spending them.
- Serial Number F99763409C
A little wrinkled and dirty. My highest bill overall but some persons on the other hand like low bills.
Here are a couple of other years of issue that may interest you.
2003 &
1976
Key: The designations "thin" and "fat" refer to the serial number type. Thin printed numbers are rarer. Anniversary refers to the serial number having the appearance of a date such as 08-07-1944. Creases are heavy or hard folds, whereas folds tend to be less noticeable. Dog ear fold means that a corner of the bill was folder over. Quad-folded means that the bill is folded in the middle and then folded again, making three folds with four sections. Clean and crisp mean nearly mint-condition. Wrinkled is self-explanatory, me thinks. Notes with a star at the end of the serial number are rare replacements.
