Here is my selection of collector quality 2003 two-dollar bills preserved in plastic for sale. The sale will be by bid offer since the value will fluctuate over time. The cost of acquiring one of these bills shall be the collector’s bid amount + $2 face value + $15 secure postage and handling for up to ten bills. Buying more than one at a time works to your best interests. Should you come to South Texas call me so that we might meet and you can save the cost of postage and handling.

Key: The designations "thin" and "fat" refer to the serial number type. Thin printed numbers are rarer. Anniversary refers to the serial number having the appearance of a date such as 08-07-1944. Creases are heavy or hard folds, whereas folds tend to be less noticeable. Dog ear fold means that a corner of the bill was folder over. Quad-folded means that the bill is folded in the middle and then folded again, making three folds with four sections. Clean and crisp mean nearly mint-condition. Wrinkled is self-explanatory, me thinks. Notes with a star at the end of the serial number are rare replacements.
