NEW MEMBERS: Total $85 ($25 Initiation Fee, and $60 Annual Dues Jan-Dec, prorated at $5/month)

RENEWAL: Total $60 for annual dues, January 1st of each year.

I affix my signature on this document to attest that I release the Black Mountain Bowmen, its members, their heirs and agents, instructors, employees, guests, or other participants from any and all causes of legal action, including personal injury, illness, death, and property damage, or any other losses. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Black Mountain Bowmen from any and such losses arising from any activities on the range or park premises.
