Missed the meeting this week.

If I had been there we could have talked.

Bought a new bow last fall, but have not used it much.

I was watching a really nice 4X4 mule deer around Thanksgiving that was less then 50 yards from the truck.

With the rut on he was unconcerned about us.

I had already shot my mule deer tag the previous week on a nice 3X4. Been using a rifle for all my hunting.

The buffalo (Bison) was a requirement of a quick kill because of the herd surrounding us.

There were only about 300 within spitting distance at one time or another until I shot.

Then they moved away to about 30 yards....Great meat though, so I will plan another shoot this fall while I am in SD. deer hunting.

At this time I am just waiting for the rain to be over so I can continue my yard work....Howard
