Q: How heavy is Big Buddy?

Q: Can Big Buddy hold more then one cabinet at a time?
Yes if you use two or more Big Buddies, You assemble the cabinets on the floor. Then with the help of another person lift the assembled cabinets onto the properly placed Big Buddies. Use the Micro Adjuster to acheive the proper height. Secure the cabinets.
Q: Do I have to do anything to Big Buddy when I receive it?
No. But what most cabinet installers do is place a piece of pine on the top and bottom plates. We have provided screw holes for your convenience. This protects the finished floor as well as the underside of the cabinet.
Q: I had to install the base cabinets first because linoleum was being installed. How does Big Buddy work with this problem?
Very easy. Just place Big Buddy into the base cabinet, adjust the height and install and as usual. This used to be a back-breaking problem. Now with Big Buddy this problem is done, gone, history.
Q: I had a case of rubber tape. My upper cabinets are out of level by 1/2 inch. Can Big Buddy help with rubber tape?
Yes. Just place Big Buddy on the side that has to go up or down. Remove the wall mounting screws up to where your problem started (do not remove the side screws, and leave at least one cabinet secured to wall). Use the Micro Adjuster to achieve the proper height, then secure the screws back to the wall. The hole bunk of cabinets will move.
Q: Installing medicine cabinets is always a chore. They're heavy and awkward. I'm always marking on the wall and doing a balancing act with the medicine cabinet and the level. Will Little Buddy make this job easier?
Yes. Place Little Buddy on the sink, adjust to proper height. Place the medicine cabinet on Little Buddy. You can now work, level, align and install with more accuracy.
Q: I installed the base cabinets and put the tile countertops on and now I have to install the upper cabinets. Will Little Buddy make this job easier?
Yes. This is why we invented the Little Buddy. Because of the various sizes and thicknesses of countertops. Installation is simplified. Little Buddy supports all the weight of the cabinet. With Little Buddy you adjust the height, place the upper cabinet on top, use the Micro Adjuster and screw it into the wall.
Q: Gluing countertops together. How will Countertop Buddy make this job easier for me?
Line up the two halves of the countertop as you normally would. Use Countertop Buddy to support the seam. Glue as normal and use the micro adjuster to either go up or down to make the seams fit snugly.
