I hope this letter finds you well. It has now been a few weeks since I attended the workshop in April at your offices. I apologise for not writing to you earlier but I would like to take this opportunity now of thanking you and your staff for providing such a great and highly beneficial day. The course content, the practical training and the hospitality shown to us all certainly made the long drive from Surrey well worth while. I would also like to thank you all especially Mike and Alan for their terrific ongoing support.

Thanks for seeing me last week - it was very positive and constructive meeting. It was absolutely great to meet you all - Jayne, Mike, William, Alan and not the least yourself Paul. I had been running to and from the hospital as my wife is expecting hence, could not get back to you earlier.
Hope you have found your mobile, incidently I lost my reading specs too!
Nevermind, I got another made as it was quite overdue. At present am trying to get to grips with the recent 1-2-1 induction with Jayne and Mike which I found very fruitful, positive and constructive - I intend to build on this asap. I would try to find some time to arrange another 1-2-1. I look forward to attending the 21st April training. Last but not the least thank you very much for dropping me off at the station - it helped me to get back home nice
early and safe. Thanks once again for helping me in this great business oppurtunity.

With reference to the above, I'm writing to express my thanks for all your help and support in building our website.

When we contacted Britnett in April 2003 we wanted a website, which looked professional, was easy to navigate, and had the capability for our customers to conduct business on-line, see exactly what our company does and contact us if required.

It is now the beginning of June, and the site is almost finished. I would like to say that both David Snowden and myself are delighted with the finished product. It is exactly what we requested, and I must say the support we received from Mike Dodgson was second to none. Whenever we have wanted to change things or tweak anything on the site, he has carried out our request without question, usually the same day.

I would like to wish everyone connected with Britnett every success for the future, and once again thank you for all your help throughout.

Midlands Training

Hi Britnett

Just to let you know it is happening for us!

We have had 5 enquiries in as many days from our Britnett site for Training. They have been trickling in now for a while, perhaps one a month but each day over the last few days we've been delighted to see in the subject list - Training Enquiry - it's just great!!.

We appear on Google Search Engine on the first couple of pages on most of our different courses now. We were top yesterday under the search: Secretarial Training West Midlands, and our Management and Personal Development Courses were in the first ten!!
