Mission Statement Our mission is to provide services of the highest possible quality. We strive to develop positive relationships with all of our clients by working with them to provide these services as timely and cost-efficiently as possible. About Us Repeat Productions was founded in 1995 by Didi and Jeff King. Didi received her degree in music performance and has been a music engraver since 1989. She is active in her church's music program, has played in a community jazz band, writes poetry and children's stories, and writes and arranges music. Jeff also has an interest in music; he met Didi in that jazz band and together they direct the children's music program at church. He has a background in business and project management, and has experience in text typesetting, graphics creation, and building web sites.Repeat Productions is a home-based business, located in Brooklyn, Wisconsin (just south of Madison). Because of our low overhead, we are able to provide professionally-created products at more reasonable prices. We can provide references and samples at your request. Our "No Surprise" Policy We at Repeat Productions believe in being up-front about every service and product we provide. We do NOT do business with companies which have hidden costs and surprise you with fine-print details which are revealed only after you sign on the dotted line. And we don't expect you to tolerate these kinds of marketing techniques, either. Therefore, we strive to make it clear from the start what our services are, what they cost, and what YOU will have to do to be successful. We believe that our desktop publishing and internet services are excellent deals, and you will receive quality and timely products.We attempt to treat every customer honestly and fairly. We consider ourselves as a "partner" in your business; if you're not successful, neither are we.
