Thorn of the Snow Rose - Synopsis

Terri Henrun is beautiful. Unfortunately, her first two husbands died shortly after marrying her. She isn't destitute, though. Her widow's benefits from million-dollar insurance policies sustain her in a mansion on Lake Michigan's Green Bay Shore.

Thorn of the Snow Rose begins when Terri's relative through marriage, insurance fraud investigator Nola Crocker, returns to her old stomping grounds on the Bay Shore. Nola hears of the beauty's marriages and learns that her favorite young cousin, Kendall Granger, has become Terri's latest conquest. Nola and her partner, Vale, investigate the deaths of Terri's husbands, with shocking results.
