Welcome, Light-Tackle Anglers, Fly Fishermen, and Scallopers

We at Yates Creek Charters specialize in flats fishing, also known as in-shore fishing. We begin fishing the natural coast of Florida from Keaton Beach, and head north as far as St. Marks or south as far as Steinhatchee, the Pepper Fish Keys, or Cedar Key. We use all types of bait, including live and cut baits, but artificial top-water lures and grubs are our baits of choice.

Captain "Hawk" and his first mate, "Lil' Woot," prepare for another outing.

We do it all, including the following:

• Scalloping
• Flats Fishing
• Night Fishing
• Floundering
• Fly Fishing

Catch These Fish With Us!

We will charter a course for the best in-shore spots in the Gulf of Mexico to land the following types of fish:

• Redfish
• Spotted Sea Trout
• Flounder
• Cobia
• Spanish Mackerel

With Captain Hawk's help, and a little luck, you could catch a Grand Slam.

Pick a Package

Available for day, weekend, all week, or as long as you like. Packages can also include meals, lodging (camping, travel trailer or motorhome parking, motel room, or waterfront home rental), as well as pick up from and return to airports. Come enjoy the "old Florida" and nature you rarely see in other parts of the state.
